Owner Service Requests:

Your request will be time-stamped and will be dealt with in priority sequence. You will receive an Owner Service Request ticket number and updates after you complete the Owner Service Request.

For additional issues please email the Owner Services Help Desk or call during office hours. Please note your Owner Service Request ticket number in your email or phone call.


How to Access Your Owner Account Information:

Click on “Login” above to access your Owner Account and to view community notifications, the community document library or other services.

After logging in you can  view your owner accounting information, change your personal account and contact information, and consent to receive emails (e-Consent). You can also change your owner account password and notification settings after you have logged in.  

Property notifications for upcoming work or emergencies will be posted to the secure log-in site for owner information. If you have agreed to e-Consent you will receive property notifications by email.

For help with your login username and password, please call the Owner Services Help Desk at 403.668.4866 during office hours to receive assistance. 

About Cedarbrae Gardens:

Built in 1968, the Cedarbrae Gardens community consists of two 4-story "L" shaped buildings with a total of 171 units on the property. Strategically located within 3km from the center of Calgary's downtown core & 750 meters from the Northhill LRT Station. The common property consists of an above parking, inner courtyard area, tennis court, common areas, bike storage, and a common laundry area. There is a beautiful greenspace within the Cedarbrae Community.
